Tips for Treating Dark Circles

  1. Drink lots of water. A well hydrated skin will help your skin greatly.
  2. Eat a balanced diet. Make sure you also consume a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables.
  3. Drink a glass of tomato juice seasoned with some mint leaves, salt and lemon juice.
  4. Keeping Cucumber slices over your eyes for 10-15 mins would help greatly.
  5. Keeping think potato slices over your eyes for 10 mins also helps.
  6. Don’t throw away used tea bags. Refrigerate them, squeeze and keep them over your eyes for 10 minutes.
  7. Massage your eyes with Almond oil continuously for 2 weeks.
  8. Soak cotton balls in some chilled rose water, squeeze and keep them over your eyes for 10 minutes.
  9. Massage your eyes with moisturizers containing Vitamin E and K every night.
  10. Try Yoga to improve your overall health and help you get rid of dark circles.
  11. Protect your eyes with Sunglasses when you are out in the Sun.
