Nearsightedness

Nearsightedness is a condition in which the distant objects are not seen clearly but the objects close can be seen clearly. For instance, you may be easily able to read books and newspapers when you couldn’t read billboards.

Symptoms

• Blurred vision while focusing on close objects
• Squinting
• Headache
• Eye Strain

Treatment
Nearsightedness can be corrected by wearing eyeglasses and contact lenses.
