Our two eyes have to move together and act like a team for us to see properly. Six muscles are involved for the coordinated movement of our eyes. But moving together of eye alone cannot guarantee perfect vision. For the eyes to see perfectly, the line of vision of both eyes must meet at whatever object we want to see, otherwise it can cause double vision. It is in this context that vision therapy exercise can be effective.
