Implantable contact lenses (ICLs) are the permanent lenses which can be used for eye correction purposes. These lenses are also known as phanik ICLS. The function of these permanent contact lenses is very much similar to external lenses the only difference is that permanent lenses will be placed inside the eye for vision correction. This therapy is admired because it has the capability of treating the condition up to 95% and with minimum pain. Moreover the recovery time of this surgery is also very less. So it is most desired way of curing eye corrections.
